By checking the required consent boxes and creating an account, using the dashboard, installing a plugin, buying a plan or credits, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. You must choose Individual or Business accurately; only an administrator may change that account type later.
TryRobe provides an Individual creative studio and a Business virtual try-on API workspace. The service handles secure uploads, ecommerce product-page extraction, URL validation, atomic credit locking, asynchronous generation, short-lived signed delivery, Business API credentials, metadata logs, and usage reporting.
You are responsible for lawful use, product rights, consent from every identifiable person in an image, privacy notices on your storefront, and ensuring images are submitted only by authorized users. Business information and website or location links must be valid, public, reachable, and verifiable. Invalid, unreachable, fraudulent, or unverifiable submissions may result in suspension or termination.
License keys and API credentials must be stored securely and not exposed in public code. We may revoke keys, throttle requests, or suspend accounts that create abuse, fraud, security risk, excessive failed traffic, or policy violations.
Every new account receives 10 credits for one complimentary successful generation. Individual and Business generations use 10 credits each. Individual credits cost Rs.3 each and Business credits cost Rs.2 each, with no bulk discount. Business accounts can use monthly or yearly plans or manually recharge at least 50 credits. The server calculates every order from the published catalogue; a client-supplied amount cannot change the price. Supported international currencies may include a disclosed cross-border pricing adjustment. The selected currency, final amount, billing interval, and any applicable tax are shown before payment approval.
A monthly or yearly plan is recurring and authorizes the payment processor to charge the displayed amount at each billing interval until cancellation. Credits for a period are added once, only after that period's charge is verified as captured. A failed, pending, paused, or past-due charge does not create a new credit grant. You can request cancellation from the billing dashboard; cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period unless the interface expressly offers an earlier option. The next recurring charge is avoided only when cancellation is completed before renewal processing begins.
Credits are prepaid digital usage units. Failed or timed-out generation jobs release locked credits automatically. TryRobe may use vetted processors for generation, email delivery, payment processing, hosting, observability, security, and analytics. Payments are processed through a hosted payment-gateway checkout; TryRobe does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords, or wallet credentials. Processors are used only as needed to operate the service. Internal workflow, prompts, provider configuration, and backend-only account credentials remain confidential TryRobe systems.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer backend providers, bypass rate limits, attack infrastructure, upload malicious files, scrape private data, impersonate others, generate unlawful content, or use TryRobe in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
TryRobe software, design, brand, documentation, APIs, and platform content remain the property of TryRobe or its licensors. Merchants retain rights to their lawful product assets and submitted business data.
AI outputs can vary and should be reviewed before use. TryRobe is provided on an as-available basis, and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
