Privacy Policy

How TryRobe protects merchant and shopper data.

This Privacy Policy explains how SYNC SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGIES, through Edixity (a sub-company of SYNC SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGIES), operates TryRobe and collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information. Last updated: August 29, 2026.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, verified email address, selected account type, authentication method, policy consent records, and—only for Business registration—company name, contact person, phone number, business type, website, or Google Business/Store Location link.
  • Person and product images, ecommerce URLs submitted for product-image extraction, generated outputs, favorites, job status, API usage metadata, public Business API-key metadata, and webhook delivery records.
  • Payment records such as order or subscription ID, payment-gateway transaction ID, transaction status, amount, currency, credits purchased, billing interval, signature-verification result, invoice details, and limited gateway response metadata. TryRobe does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or wallet credentials.

How we use information

  • To create Individual or Business accounts, verify email ownership, verify Business presence information, operate the appropriate dashboard, process generation requests, manage credits or subscriptions, provide support, and prevent abuse.
  • To maintain audit logs, troubleshoot failed jobs, issue payment or credit records, and comply with accounting, tax, security, and legal obligations.
  • To improve reliability and customer experience using aggregated operational metrics.

AI generation and processors

  • TryRobe may use vetted third-party infrastructure for AI generation, storage, email delivery, payment processing, hosting, analytics, and security operations. The payment gateway used at checkout may receive the customer name, email, phone number when available, order or subscription reference, amount, currency, and transaction metadata needed to process, prevent fraud, settle, or refund a payment.
  • Images are shared with generation processors only as needed to complete a requested try-on job. Internal workflow details, backend-only account credentials, prompts, provider configuration, and service credentials are never displayed to account holders or included in public client applications.
  • Merchants are responsible for collecting appropriate consent from shoppers before submitting their images.

Optional analytics

  • Google Analytics is disabled by default. It loads only after a visitor selects Allow analytics in the consent panel, and that choice can be changed later using Analytics choices in the footer.
  • When allowed, we record page paths and limited product events such as account type, checkout currency, generation status, and purchase totals. We do not send uploaded images, output images, image URLs, email addresses, names, phone numbers, passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, postal addresses, or report notes to analytics.
  • Advertising storage, ad personalisation, and advertising user-data consent remain disabled. Declining analytics does not restrict use of TryRobe.

Security and retention

  • TryRobe uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, rotating sessions, protected API keys, backend-only internal credentials, rate limits, signed storage URLs, image magic-byte and pixel validation, metadata removal, encryption at rest, and operational access controls.
  • Individual generated images are available in Image History for no more than 24 hours and become inaccessible after expiry. Business API logs remain metadata-only. During the limited CampusFlow test, outputs requested through tryrobe.edixity.com may also appear for up to 24 hours in the Image History of the same licensed Business workspace; they are not listed publicly on CampusFlow or exposed to other accounts.
  • Billing, security, and compliance records may be retained for longer periods where required by law or legitimate business needs.

Disclosure of information

  • We do not sell merchant or shopper personal data.
  • We may disclose data to service providers, payment gateways, legal authorities, or professional advisers where required to run TryRobe, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers may involve data transfer if TryRobe or its assets are acquired, merged, or reorganized.

Your rights

  • Account holders may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by using dashboard profile settings or contacting support. Account type changes can be made only by an administrator.
  • Account deletion disables the workspace, revokes keys and webhooks, removes linked OAuth records, and anonymizes account identity where possible while retaining records required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
  • For privacy requests, contact support using the details below.
